How can I update example server to stream desktops webcam?

I dont really know where to start, so I would be very thankful for every push in the right direction. 

I think I would need to change the UpdateImageData() in DesktopServerApp.ServerManager but can't figure out in which way. And I would need to connect it to [this](https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/uwp/audio-video-camera/simple-camera-preview-access) right?
