To Reproduce
In recent Unity builds on the UWP platform there is a noticeable lag appearing with the Motion controllers. This appears as a sluggish or slow movement when moving the controller fast, or in small jumps when the controller moves slowly (appearing jerky)
On investigation, this only affects the UWP platform and is not present on the OpenVR platform.
Expected behavior
Visualized controller should fully represent the controllers movement 1-1
Actual behavior
I recorded a video to demonstrate the effect.
- The bottom controller is the MRTK visualized gameobject / gizmo
- The Top controller is a GameObject moved by the source InteractionManager
As you can see below, these should match but instead MRTK lags behind
