Updating to .NET 10, since version 8 end date is Nov 10, 2026.
Also removed usage of System.CommandLine.Hosting since it got deprecated and has trimming and AoT issues. Using instead v2 of plain System.CommandLine with an EmptyApplicationBuilder.
