CmdPal: Add a built-in extension or enhance the existing "add an extension" to include Windows Store apps

Extensions installed via WinGet do not get updated automatically and it's much easier to submit applications to the MS store vs WinGet.

Let's include those apps in the options. Would likely have to link out to the MS Store to install (research needed.)

Also, what search parameters would bring back extensions. "command palette"? "command-palette"? Tags?

Much to investigate, but might be a better user experience than WinGet. Especially if we utilized images from the store data.
