This PR is to fix pyvisa-sim yamls for CopperMoutain VNA, CryoMagetics 4g and tm620 so that these instruments work properly in simulation mode.
Other changes includes:
CryomagneticsModel4G.wait_while_rampingto bypass waiting in simulated mode.
