Separates
RenameInfoSuccessandRenameInfoFailure. PreviouslyRenameInfocontained their combined properties -- marked non-optional but we were passingundefined!to them (was a TODO for #18217).This will technically be a type-level breaking change, but shouldn't be a breaking change at runtime.
