Add vue-next to docker suite

Do note that they do currently have some type errors throwing up warnings in their build.

@DanielRosenwasser thanks. Do note the current master branch is under active development and may have failing builds from time to time. If that is an issue I'd suggest merging this only after we start publishing release tags.

I guess it's up to @weswigham because we'll be pulling changes on a nightly basis and we have to review the baselines.
