These scripts are all unused or haven't been used in a long time. I'm hoping to eliminate
@octokit/restandazure-devops-node-apifrom this repo's devDeps, and these use the former.request-pr-reviewandopen-user-prwere both scripts used in CI, but are no longer needed with past RWC / user test changes.update-experimental-branchesappears to have only been used once: https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript/issues?q=label%3Atypescript%40experimentalAfter this PR, the only remaining uses of those two CI API libraries are:
post-vsts-artifact-commentopen-cherry-pick-prThe former I'm planning on overhauling to not be so roundabout, the latter hopefully just via GHA more simply. (But that's another PR or two.)
