Doesnt seem to give any additional benefit with program reuse and adds complexity and storage, so no go

This one doesnt help any more than #57492 where we store containing projects on deleted script info s and send update to them on file events. No extra program reuse but additional storage and complexity so no go.
PR just so we have track of experimenting this.
