Dev Drive documentation edit request

This is in regards to the Dev Drive guidelines for setting up NuGet: instructions are provided for moving NUGET_PACKAGES to the Dev Drive, but what about also moving NUGET_HTTP_CACHE_PATH, NUGET_SCRATCH, and NUGET_PLUGINS_CACHE_PATH over to the Dev Drive?
