Description
An official Windows installation possibility has been added with its own PowerShell script as well as scoop package, we need to at just the Astro-based documentation website including the landing page and the quick start and the installation pages. This docs updating has to be done in a cohesive way, specific, focused, not adding bloat, removing any existing bloat, so that the installation path is extremely clear both on the landing on the quick start on the installation pages for Linux, MacOS, Microsoft platforms. The README.md also has to reflect this and you have permission to modify it surgically.
