Adds lead maintainer attribution to the Community section of the README:

Created and maintained by [@danielmeppiel](https://github.com/danielmeppiel).

Stacks on #251 (readme revamp) — merge that first, then this.

Follows the convention used by FastAPI, Vue.js, and similar OSS projects — attribution in the community section, not competing with the product pitch.

The PR description says this is a “lead maintainer attribution”, but the added line reads “Created and maintained by …”, which implies sole authorship and ongoing maintenance. Consider adjusting the wording to match the stated intent (e.g., explicitly “Lead maintainer: …” or similar) so the README doesn’t overclaim.
