The left toc is not user friendly

1. In Edge and Chrome, the font size is bigger than IE, so when I want to find a API not in current screen I have to scroll down the button of the document.
2. The list of the API Reference is becoming longer and longer, and disordered, should be re-designed.

Can indexing with any search engine be valuable option here? Something similar to https://community.algolia.com/docsearch/?
The API and docs number will grow, some content can have better visibility or can be categorized in navigation, but indexing could help to solve that issue in fashion familiar to users.

A quick fix applied with scrollable TOC.

Later, we can add more features like filter and Algolia search.
