Resolves #41. The issue has been inactive for a while so I figured I'd make a PR.
There are multiple configuration options like the update interval, maximum number of open pull requests and more (see here). Let me know if any of these options need to be changed.
Dependabot currently does not support conda dependency updates but keeping an eye on this issue dependabot/dependabot-core#2227 may help.
