CodePush support for NativeScript apps

CodePush has great support for Cordova & ReactNative apps and it will be nice to add support for NativeScript apps as well.
For an easy cross-reference to this feature request, I created a similar issue into NativeScript repository: NativeScript/NativeScript#2247
