Windows build - Debug config: Investigate and fix linker warning related to conflicting libs #5
Currently windows build gives the following warning. Investigate the cause and build all code to either use static CRT or dynamic CRT.
LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib 'LIBCMT' conflicts with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library [I:\builds\envoy\source\exe\envoy.vcxproj]
