Description of changes
Our nuget is failing to build for iphoneos-release. The error looks like the kind of error that can be fixed by disabling flipper. This seems to be a regression from #1535 , where flipper was disabled before that change.
Verification
Locally ran our nuget build script, and saw it passes.
