hcsshim has recursive dependency on kubernetes

Leads to weird stuff:

• doc: clarify usage & deprecated tags #700
• Because the kubernetes import mod version is 0.8.6 , that had many problems, can tag a new version #642

Looks like this is only to capture the CRI API from v1alpha2. Do you suggest that we use cri-api for this now?
