Long touch can trigger focus border when focus is moving from one element to another

Open in mobile emulator in edge, click on 'circular' button to put focus on button

Long press on 'rounded' button, and let go after 1 second has passed

This happens due to focus moving from 1 button to the other without a click within the last second
