The install instructions at https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-cli?tab=readme-ov-file#installing-skills-1 it says to run /plugin install playwright-cli but that errors with

Failed to install plugin: Invalid plugin spec. Use: plugin-name@marketplace-name, owner/repo, or a URL

To install I had to use /plugin install playwright-cli@playwright-cli
