This would be a better user experience for trace files that get uploaded to a storage account.
Currently, given a link to a trace file, the user needs to open a browser, download the file, then figure out the path to the downloaded file to give to trace viewer
Example usage:
npx playwright show-trace https://afp20210605lsa.blob.core.windows.net:443/playwright-traces/PlaywrightTrace.979f48679fe4a110.zip
