This should be merged at the same time as microsoft/qsharp-runtime#225.
It reverts the workaround that was added due to the entry point driver assembly being bundled with C# generation, and adds a reference to the new entry point driver package in all Q# projects of type
QsharpExethat have C# generation enabled.
