This Fantomas update unfortunately contains some sweeping changes to formatting rules, mostly based on refinements to the Microsoft F# style guide. The changes are fairly minor and usually improve readability, but apply to a lot of commonly used syntax, which is why the diff is so large.
Reasons to update include bug fixes (e.g. for comments being eaten, incorrect indentation of private/internal record members, etc.) and readability improvements.
