add video player

I would like to add react-native-video to the gallery app. I would like to add it😁

Adding a page for react-native-video seems reasonable for me. The Windows support details are here. @jonthysell has had some touch on that module on the past; I'm not sure what the current state is. But demonstrating how to get video up and running in an RNW app seems like a good topic to cover in the gallery app. @chiaramooney and @TatianaKapos FYI.

@Victor0814gui, any more thoughts on what you'd like to add here?

Fails with:

Cannot read property 'getViewManagerConfig' of null

This is on version 5.2.1. I see the module is working on a 6.0 alpha. Next step would be to try that, or see if there's been a break in the Windows implementation on version 5.
