Clean up merges: onAccessibilityTap, accessibilityHint, accessibilityRole and accessibilityStates #237
Description
onAccessibilityTap and accessibilityHint were back ported or separately implemented in our fork. Facebook also made implementations that we've merged, but there are some artifacts of our implementation that need to be cleaned up.
accessibilityRole and accessibilityStates to replace depreciated accessibilityTraits.
