Investigate performance of invocation of modules through compiled delegates

We should confirm that compiling a delegate to invoke ReactMethods will actually pay off. We may want to consider having an alternative base class (or a flags enum for options) that can switch on or off the ability to compile a delegate or use reflection.

In fact, reflection based invocation is faster than compilation. We should investigate why, as this is counterintuitive. Leaving this open for now.

As it turns out, UWP uses the netcore50 variant of .NET. In the System.Linq.Expressions source code (https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/blob/master/src/System.Linq.Expressions/src/System.Linq.Expressions.csproj#L14), it is very apparent that compiled lambdas are actually interpreted, and do not emit IL code. As such, a compiled expression with a method call would result in the same reflected call as we would have made otherwise, so instead of gaining performance, we actually only add overhead from the interpreter.
