Unfork ReadOnlyElement.js and ReadOnlyNode.js

Problem Description

Added patches to the ReadOnlyElement.js and ReadOnlyNode.js file to fix linting errors in 3/7 Integration.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Remove overrides.
2. Linting in CI will fail.

Expected Results

Linting should pass.
