Reenable Switches in E2ETest Once We Collapse Hidden Elements

https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-windows/pull/4667 fixed switches, but we are unable to add them back to E2ETest due to differences in tree dumps between subsequent tests. @asklar mentioned this was due to us not collapsing invisible elements and will be fixed with some of his upcoming work.
