I think we are missing here a version with winrt::fire_and_forget
We will likely want to iterate a bunch on this. But this creates an initial codegen project for generating RNW C++ TurboModuleSpecs from JS spec files.
I've created a simple spec file in the samples project, then hooked up the codegen to its build, and used the resulting C++ spec to register the native module.
