Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open url https://typespec.io/ and login with valid Credentials.
  2. "TypeSpec" Page will get open.
  3. TAB to "Learn More" Link under "Why Typespec" section in TypeSpec Page.
  4. Observe the issue whether "Learn more" links are descriptive enough to understand the purpose in the "TypeSpec" Page or not.

Actual behavior:

"Learn more" links are not descriptive enough to understand the purpose "Why Typespec" section in TypeSpec Page..

Expected behavior:

Since there are multiple "Learn more" links in the page, the links should be descriptive enough to understand the purpose of the links.

User Impact:

Screen reader users may confuse if the links "learn more" are not descriptive enough to understand the purpose and making it unclear what users will learn or where the link leads.
