Since there seems to be no public repository for lzo, we need to use a local patch for now.

  • Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
  • [N/A] SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
  • [N/A] The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
  • [N/A] Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
  • [N/A] Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
  • The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
  • Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

Since there seems to be no public repository for lzo,
we need to use a local patch for now.

Thanks for your PR, the issues about CMake 3.5 have been fixed by PR #44712, it has been merged, did you repro this issue on the latest vcpkg?
