[chromaprint] Update to version 1.6.0

• Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
• SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
• The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
• Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
• Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
• The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
• Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

This PR might fix ffmpeg 8.0 build failures. #48539

I think I'm gonna revert it. The problem is related itk library cannot find opencv for arm64_windows_static_md triplet. Maybe we should fix this issue in another PR.

The PR is ready @BillyONeal. When I check on azure pipelines, all jobs are succeed but on here x64-windows is still in progress.
