Add support for startup project(s)

Support for definition of the start-up project/projects in the slnx file would be very helpfull.

I think having the option to define the default startup project(s) is more useful than to sync it whenever it is changed by a user in VS.

Yes makes sense to only save the default startup project(s) and keep the user defaults in the .vs folder

The ability to set a default startup project for solution files is planned to be added in an upcoming release of Visual Studio. The format is to add a DefaultStartup="true" attribute to Project elements. This setting will be ignored if the startup project was already set.

Maybe these shouldn't be closed until it's implemented makes it a bit confusing especially since it's closed as completed which it's actually not.

Apparently works in Visual Studio 2026 [11104.47] (set DefaultStartup="true" in the Project element, as described above).

While it does appear to work, it doesn't let you set multiple startup projects, which is unfortunate because that's what I would need to avoid having to edit .suo files to get that behavior.
