Can't connect to custom Gitlab instance in docker registry

I can't set my custom Gitlab instance URL to connect, it only goes to default https://gitlab.com, that shows me I'm not authorized.
For example, in the VSCode GitLab Workflow extension there is an option to change the default one.

Thanks @Dozorengel. This is known, custom / self-hosted GitLab instances aren't currently possible. We are tracking this under #869.
