PR files should be sorted "naturally", like VS Code file explorer

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a PR containing files with numbers in them
2. Observe the file list.

The PR viewer says:

But VS Code says:

Which is nicer.

It's a bit complex as a lot of settings back it
