Python test explorer. 'Go To' is appending one extra path. Cannot open file.

There is a bug with 'go to test' with the python explorer:

@ievgennaida there should be a settings.json in your worksspace i need that. It should have pytestEnabled set to true. Please find that setting. It is usually under <workspaceFolder>/.vscode/settings.json

I was able to repro this. The cause for this is same as #17378
