Windows Python not available after installing and clicking Select Interpreter

Testing #19549

After installing Python via the Windows Store on a clean VM and clicking 'Select Interpreter' again, I initially get this

Clicking the refresh button in the top right of the quickpick then results in the Windows Store Python install showing up.

Fix should be out in the pre-release version of the extension in a few minutes, use the following to try it out:
