Editor progress bar position is not in right position

• VS Code Version: 1.84.0
• OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.6.7

Steps to Reproduce:

1. set window.density.editorTabHeight to compact
   

2. set workbench.editor.pinnedTabsOnSeparateRow to enabled
   

When open a file from explorer, the progress bar in the editor part is not in right position:
