Error occurred during installer copy from https://redirector.gvt1.com/edgedl/android/studio/install/3.6.3.0/android-studio-ide-192.6392135-windows.exe.
One of the request inputs is out of range.

this package seems to install correctly but we get an error 1223. I suspect this error would be OK to ignore.
microsoft/winget-cli#137
