The Xamarin Live inspect session is stuck on "loading session..."and an empty screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start debugging build to emulator
2. Tap Live Inspect button
3. Live inspect Session window opens

Expected Behavior

Live inspect session starts up and display app info

Actual Behavior

Live inspect session is stuck on "Loading session..." state with empty screen
