#1155 - Updated the Command name to Set-EntraUserPasswordProfile as well as corresponding parameters

Description

• The command Set-EntraUserPassword is now renamed to Set-EntraUserPasswordProfile. The previous naming is still preserved as an alias so as not to break existing functionality.
• The command Set-EntraBetaUserPassword is now renamed to Set-EntraBetaUserPasswordProfile. The previous naming is still preserved as an alias so as not to break existing functionality.
• Updated corresponding tests in Set-EntraUserPasswordProfile.Tests.ps1 to include Alias validations.
• Created new tests for beta environment in Set-EntraBetaUserPasswordProfile.Tests.ps1 and included Alias validations.
• Updated CredScan suppression for the mock tests of both files so they are not flagged by SDL Guardian pipeline steps.

NOTE: The Alias may be dropped in a future breaking change release.
