This library should depend on azure core and not azure identity

This would make the overall application much leaner for people who aren't using azure identity without requiring them to add exclusion.
It's a potential breaking change as people who didn't take a direct dependency on azure identity will get it pulled from the project context when updating, but the remedy is simple: add a direct reference to azure identity in your project configuration if you're using it.
