Default logging level is wrong

According to https://github.com/microsoftgraph/msgraph-sdk-java/wiki/Logging-with-the-SDK, the default logging level should be ERROR. In 1.2, it is DEBUG.

If you don't reset the logger when creating the client you get some initial log messages of the default collaborators being created:

2019-04-26 08:58:09.062  INFO 73023 --- [           main] global                                   : Setting logging level to ERROR

so the workaround is:

    ILogger logger = new DefaultLogger();
    logger.setLoggingLevel(LoggerLevel.ERROR);
    
    IGraphServiceClient graphClient = GraphServiceClient
            .builder()
            .authenticationProvider(authenticationProvider)
            .logger(logger)
            .buildClient();

@jjaazz Thanks for reporting this issue. The default logging level should be set to error, I will be making a PR for resolving this issue.
