@andrueastman this is failing because Maven hasn't propagated the core release I made minutes ago. But it should be fine tomorrow.
So just running again the CI here and for beta, approving the release, and running the OSS portal steps should work out.
Please reach out to @ramsessanchez if you need information for the portal steps.
