Organization Chart Initial

Display an organization chart (team chart) using ychart. This initial version should just show the team and

• Setup the Library
• Display chart on the Teams page

Ideas for Future:

• Editing the chart with Yaml should update database.
• Show more information, provide links where it makes sense
• Full screen chart view. e.g. not just a display on the team page.
