++ on the template, IMO we should keep the template across all our OADP repos same and uniform. We have this template in OADP Operator repo https://github.com/openshift/oadp-operator/blob/oadp-dev/.github/pull_request_template.md
We should combine the one proposed in this PR with the one in OADP Operator and use that everywhere
