Now that there's an updated, maintained version, remove the pinning to a hash, and let dependency resolution do its thing. Removes some heavier dev deps like gevent, brotlipy, and more. Signed-off-by: Mike Fiedler <miketheman@gmail.com>

EDIT: Had to pin to a newer revision on a different repo, due to unreleased werkzeug fixen: psf/httpbin#35
