Top bar is white when using the dark accents on light theme

Hi! I'm part of the weird part of the userbase who uses light theme with the dark sidebar
The top bar is supposed to be black when using the dark sidebar, but it's currently white just like when you don't use the dark sidebar
Very niche issue, but i'd be grateful if it could be fixed
