Set up CI #14
Description
Ensure code quality, reliability and streamline the development process:
- Protect master branch from unwanted merges. Only allow merge caused by a PR
- Wait for Test array-utils #11 , Test server #12 , Test client #13 . When done, create pipelines that runs the tests and build the code. It will execute on a development branch when we create a PR into to master
- Create a pipeline that tags the last merge commit in master. It will execute each time we merge a PR into master
