Invites

• Every user, by default, can invite 3 people via email
  • Some users (maybe we also need to create roles on user) should not have a limit
• Invitees receive an email providing them access to a users#new view

Why?

To combat spam and grow slowly and intentionally. Plus, in a year we can publish a map of who-invited-who, and it will be very fun.
